As an Introduction, I would like to tell you that LaTeX is a programming language, like HTML, CSS etc., which helps you to write Mathematical Formulae with ease. LaTeX is also very useful in drawing graphs, writting books, creating resumes or CV’s.
On WordPress.com; the LaTeX program can be used by prefixing $latex before the LaTeX codes and suffixing $ after the LaTeX codes.

For example:

To write , I wrote $latex e^{i \pi} +1=0$.
